Project Officer (NAVAIR)

We are seeking a Project Officer to support multiple Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Program Offices under the Foreign Military Sales – Logistics Support Services (FMS LSS) contract. This role serves as a key liaison between ITC Defense, project personnel, and government stakeholders, ensuring effective execution of task orders across international aviation and weapons systems programs.

Requirements

• Active Department of Defense Secret or Interim Secret Security Clearance
• Master's degree from an accredited college or university and 10+ years of relevant experience in FMS, logistics, program management, or related disciplines
• Demonstrated experience leading and supervising teams
• Demonstrated experience managing project execution, including scheduling, risk tracking, and coordination across multiple stakeholders
