Role Overview

Drive the design and delivery of advanced mechanical solutions for high-performance compute and networking hardware platforms. Guide engineering decisions, ensure design quality, and enable efficient product development from concept through production.

What You Will Do

Lead mechanical design initiatives, develop and review 3D mechanical designs, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, analyze mechanical system performance, and provide technical leadership and mentorship.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 8–12 years of experience in EMS design
• 8+ years of experience designing compute or networking hardware products
• Expertise using 3D MCAD tools such as Creo or NX
• Experience working with engineering documentation and design release processes
