Role Overview

The Project Manager will drive end-to-end program execution, ensuring operational excellence and delivering a high-quality participant experience while maintaining alignment with global program standards.

What You Will Do

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Americas Early-in-Career sales onboarding cohort, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage program logistics, and monitor and report on cohort-specific KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of project or program management experience
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects within matrixed organizations
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management, risk management, issue management, and driving accountability without direct authority
• Experience supporting initiatives within Sales Enablement, Talent Development, Sales Operations, or related functions
• Proficiency with project management tools, preferably Asana
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentations
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification highly desired
