Job Description
ITDM GROUP is a Hybrid Cloud Integrator looking for a motivated and dynamic Key Account Junior to identify, develop, and manage key customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be involved in understanding customer needs, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating communications between customers and internal departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in account management or sales roles
- Appreciated experience in staffing for operational projects
- Appreciated experience in recruiting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and able to work independently
- Basic knowledge of computer software and customer management tools
- Appreciated one of the following certifications: ITIL or PMP
- Good knowledge of English and Spanish
