As a Sales Account, you will be an ambassador of our value proposition, generating new commercial opportunities and consolidating strategic relationships with public and private customers.
Requirements
- Develop new business opportunities through market analysis, active prospecting, and customer portfolio management.
- Listen and interpret customer needs to propose high-value-added IT solutions, particularly in the areas of DevOps, Cloud Solutions, and microservices software development.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, closure, and customer success.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure coherence between emerging needs and proposed solutions, according to the Knowledge Acquisition, Value Proposition & Execution model.
- Coordinate communication between customer and internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, PM), ensuring operational efficiency and service quality.
