Requirements
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification
- At least 2 years of experience in managing tickets and trouble shooting in a Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analysis
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of information security best practices
- Knowledge of SQL Server and SQL language
- Ability to create queries to extract data from the CRM system and create reports
