Nurse Practitioner (AGNP or PHMP) contract-to-hire opportunity for a skilled and compassionate professional to join the iTrust Cares team in providing comprehensive mental health and cognitive care services to residents of independent and assisted living communities in South Carolina.

Requirements

• AGNP or PHMP with an active South Carolina license (or ability to obtain)
• Genuine passion for working with the geriatric population
• Strong clinical judgment and confidence in developing evidence-based treatment plans
• Solid foundation in psychopharmacology with an interest in continued learning
• Ability to practice independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team
