Datacentre Lead role at a regional-based IT services & hosting business. Responsible for leading a team of technical support engineers, providing escalation support, and improving support processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Lead and mentor a team of technical support engineers
• Provide escalation support for private and public cloud solutions
• Continuously improve support processes and procedures
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients
• Monitor progress, track team KPIs, and manage budgets
• Act as a lead for vendor management (if required)
