HR Learning & Development Internship

Role Overview

Join the Talent Management function for the Motion Technologies HQ in Barge (CN) as an intern. You will experience a high-performing, innovative and inclusive working culture, being part of the Learning and Development (L&D) team.

What You Will Do

Support critical business needs through staff-focused onboarding, reskilling, upskilling and DE&I initiatives. Engage with ITTers worldwide to increase learner access and impact of L&D initiatives. Design, develop and deliver tailored learning programs using e-learning tools.

Requirements

• Enrolled student currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in social media management, education or similar studies
• English language proficiency
• Interest for human resources subjects, innovative learning projects and social media topics
• Creative, open minded, curious, critical thinker, with adaptability, resilience and integrity values
• Team worker and communicator with an accountable mindset on projects and tasks
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Power Point and Excel. Knowledge of Forms, Teams, Copilot and Canva is a plus
