
Job description
The Key Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and building commercial relationships with identified customers. This position requires a deep understanding of the market and intimate customer and industry stakeholder relationships. The candidate will interface with various teams to provide visibility and accountability to sales forecasts.
Meet sales targets, discover customer requirements, maintain customer relationships, and carry out market research to align strategic growth initiatives. Foster customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and interface with ITW Sexton commercial and production teams.
This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a technical environment. The candidate should have a customer focus and be able to provide technical problem solving.
