
Job description
This position is responsible for the setup, operation, and preventative maintenance of equipment in order to produce according to quality specifications in an efficient and safe manner. The role is part of the ITW Residential Mechanical Fastening team, which offers a broad range of professional grade tools and fasteners for construction applications.
Operate up to 4 complete lines of in-lined equipment, perform setup and operation of various in-lined equipment, maintain machinery through preventive maintenance, perform quality checks, and drive safety practices.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience in high-volume manufacturing, and demonstrated mechanical aptitude. The role requires the ability to work in a team environment, lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and follow specific job site safety equipment and procedures.
