As a technical Pre-Sales Consultant / Solutions Engineer, you will play an essential role in driving projects towards successful closing and helping organizations solve complex challenges and modernize their IT environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of extensive working experience as a Sales Engineer, System Integrator, or similar role within a sales environment for a software vendor or an IT provider.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in enterprise software solutions.
- Knowledge of UEM systems and mobile operating systems such as Android, iOS, MacOS, and/or Windows10/11.
- Previous presales experience with solutions such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, Omnissa, or endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender, McAfee, Tenable, etc. is preferred.
- Extensive experience in creating and delivering presentations to large and diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and use a systematic approach for quick resolution.
- Ability to create written documents to assist potential customers regarding presales projects.
- Demonstrated communication skills—clear articulation of technical information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Team player with proven project management skills, able to bring together needed resources to drive project success.
- Able to travel and work effectively throughout the assigned territory.
