Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and results-driven Project Manager to take full ownership of civil underground utility projects. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are completed efficiently, profitably, and in strict compliance with safety and quality standards.

What You Will Do

Take full responsibility for the planning, execution, and completion of underground utility projects from initiation to final turnover. Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans to meet or exceed contract requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable project management experience within the civil construction or underground utilities industry.
• Strong knowledge of excavation, utility installation, and municipal infrastructure project management.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed construction plans, contracts, and specifications with precision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, estimating tools (e.g., BlueBeam, etc.), and other construction management tools.
• Superior problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to unforeseen challenges with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to effectively direct multiple teams and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry-leading safety best practices.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable and will be considered a strong asset.
