Managing Deputy Director of Mid-Atlantic and Florida Region

J Street is looking for a Managing Deputy Regional Director to lead a team in the Mid-Atlantic and Florida region. The ideal candidate has experience in management, fundraising, and relationship-building. They should be passionate about J Street's mission and have a strong understanding of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in direct management of at least two direct reports
• Strong relational skills and ability to manage, mentor, and advise team members
• Collaborative worker with ability to work across departments within the organization
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Highly organized and able to communicate goals and priorities
• Ability to travel regionally and hold a valid driver's license
• Alignment with J Street's mission and goals
