Lead Product Validation Engineer

Role Overview

The Lead Product Validation Engineer will lead cross-functional design teams, ensure technical milestones are met, and align specification requirements with design outputs. This role requires experience in releasing products into production environments.

What You Will Do

Manage PV Test resources, execute test schedules, and coordinate with design and validation teams. Create test plans, regression plans, and coordinate with teams across Taiwan and the USA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of 9-10 years of related experience and/or training
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Good understanding of design verification test development
• Ability to create test plans and coordinate with design and validation teams
• Hands-on experience with verification activities, chipset specs, and various technologies
