OSS Planning Trainee

Role Overview

The OSS Planning Trainee provides operational planning support across multiple accounts in the shared service environment, including Torres, Memphis, TN, and Kentucky sites. The role focuses on assisting planning teams with scheduling, material tracking, and execution support, while providing flexible coverage for customers such as J&J, Amazon, Toshiba, and others.

What You Will Do

Provide day-to-day operational planning support, assist material tracking, scheduling, and coordination, monitor and update status reports, logs, and planning tools, assist in cross-functional coordination, and offer coverage and assistance across different planning departments.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data management, and basic analysis
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills (minimum B2 level)
• Experience or familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is a plus (SAP preferred)
• Valid passport and U.S. visa are very desirable but not mandatory
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and locations
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma, undergraduate, or postgraduate program in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
