Requirements

• Develop and maintain QA plans and process routings
• Provide support for quoting activities
• Evaluate and support inspection processes
• Support all training programs
• Conduct periodic review and maintenance of documentation files
• Review all supplier or customer discrepancies
• Provide trend analysis of defects
• Participate in vendor survey activities
• Drive proactive participation with suppliers
• Interface with all departments
• Monitor departmental activities
• Interface and provide technical support on quality issues with the customer
• Support and focus corrective action efforts
• Serve as liaison between Jabil Circuit and suppliers or customers
