Quality Engineer II / Quality Engineer I

Represent the quality function of technical support, in conjunction with other internal support groups, regarding issues affecting manufacturing, and drive proactive participation with suppliers and aid in their process improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain QA plans and process routings
• Provide support for all quoting activities
• Evaluate and support inspection processes
• Support all training programs
• Conduct periodic review and maintenance of all documentation files
• Review all supplier or customer discrepancies
• Provide trend analysis of defects occurring at the customer, supplier and internally
• Participate in the vendor survey activities
• Drive proactive participation with suppliers
• Interface with all departments
• Monitor departmental activities
• Interface and provide technical support on quality issues with the customer
• Support and focus corrective action efforts
• Serve as liaison between Jabil Circuit and suppliers or customers
