Senior Product Validation Engineer

Role Overview

The Senior Product Validation Engineer leads product validation activities across the development lifecycle, requiring strong technical expertise and independent problem-solving ability.

What You Will Do

Test planning, execution, defect management, and cross-functional coordination, including test case study, creation, and update, as well as hands-on execution and defect life cycle management.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar
• 4+ years of server test experience (OS, HW Compatibility, BIOS, UEFI, BMC)
• Solid test plan / test case design capability
• Work with minimum supervision
• Broad knowledge of server infrastructure and technologies
• Ability to anticipate problems proactively and take appropriate actions to mitigate impact
• Good communication in both Chinese and English
• Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a rapidly-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processes
• Good problem-solving skills
