Job description
The Test Engineer IV provides senior-level technical and leadership oversight for manufacturing test operations within assigned workcells, supporting large-form assemblies (LFA) and system-level products.
Define, develop, and sustain safe, robust, and efficient test strategies involving high-voltage electrical systems, low-voltage controls, Hipot testing, pressure and leak testing, and automated test solutions.
This role requires strong technical and leadership skills, with experience in manufacturing test engineering, system-level or large-form assembly testing, and cross-functional leadership.
