Site Quality Manager

The Site Quality Manager will lead the development of the Quality function from the ground up, including building the team, establishing processes, and implementing systems that ensure operational excellence for a manufacturing site producing large, complex, and heavy equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Experience in manufacturing quality, preferably within complex equipment or startup environments
