Join Fleetcraft as founding engineer #2 to revitalize the golden age of aerospace. You will build the software infrastructure powering global aircraft inspection, testing, and certification.
Design and ship production-ready features rapidly to establish Fleetcraft as the industry standard for aircraft certification. Architect scalable technical foundations that integrate LLMs and voice AI into complex, real-world aerospace workflows.
Proven track record of shipping high-quality software in fast-paced startup environments or safety-critical engineering domains. Deep technical expertise in building complex systems, with a strong interest in aerospace, LLMs, or hardware integration.
