Role Overview

As a Product Engineer, you will own the full product lifecycle, from customer research to shipping high-impact features. Working with Go and React, you will build tools that help thousands of engineers manage critical incidents with confidence and speed.

What You Will Do

Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and translate complex needs into elegant, high-impact technical solutions. Take end-to-end ownership of features, from initial planning and design to implementation, testing, and delivery using Go and TypeScript.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building production-ready applications using Go, Python, or React, ideally within a high-growth or founding engineer environment.

• Strong collaborator who thrives in ambiguity and values clear communication, from well-written technical proposals to thorough documentation and testing practices.
