Respiratory Therapist (PRN)

Jackson Parish Hospital is hiring Respiratory Therapists to perform cardiopulmonary procedures to improve patient conditions. The role involves a variety of therapies and diagnostics using appropriate equipment. Candidates should possess valid Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiner’s License, current BLS certification, ACLS and PALS certification, and NRA membership.

Requirements

• Graduate of AMA approved school of Respiratory Therapy.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of (3) years experience in multiple disciplines of respiratory care preferred.
• Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiner’s License to practice respiratory therapy.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS and PALS certification.
• Membership in state affiliation, National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or American Association of Respiratory Care (AARC) is preferred.
