We are seeking a high-energy New Business Development Manager with a 'hunter' instinct and deep technical expertise in metal finishing to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities for specialty conversion coatings, including phosphating, black oxide, and passivation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven success in technical sales within the metal finishing or specialty chemical industries
• Deep understanding of surface preparation, chemical bath concentrations, and finishing processes
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Business (Engineering background highly preferred)
• Willingness to travel (typically 70-100%) to visit client facilities and attend industry trade shows
