
Job description
Configure and support Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud. Assist in compensation benchmarking and pay transparency initiatives. Participate in requirement gathering, testing, and user workshops.
Configure and support Oracle HCM modules, including DFF/EFF, Fast Formula, BI Publisher / OTBI reports, HDL/HSDL data loads, and Approval workflows. Assist in integration and data migration activities.
Experience in global compensation or pay transparency projects, exposure to Redwood UI and Oracle HCM latest features, and understanding of HR compliance and audit reporting are preferred.
