
Job description
Provide functional support to customers and their suppliers in the use of the JAGGAER platform, connecting customers with other departments and managing customer relationships. Work in a young and motivated team with a competitive salary and career progression.
Provide first-line assistance with technical issues, analyze customer and project-specific interfaces and workflows, and translate technical knowledge to non-technical people.
Strong customer focus, communication skills, and high stress resistance are required. Proficiency in Spanish and English is also necessary.
