We're looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our team in Hamburg or Berlin. As a key member of our People team, you will be responsible for supporting our operational HR processes and driving the growth of JAKALA Germany.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in operational HR/People Operations
- Proficiency in using HR systems, ideally Personio, and experience working with digital HR tools
- Thinking in solutions rather than tasks, actively developing processes, and implementing improvements
- Structured, meticulous, and strong affinity for data, processes, and HR administration
- Clear, empathetic, and level-headed communication with employees, management, and external partners
- Strong understanding of modern HR trends and driving the use of digital tools and automation
- Fluency in German and English and ability to work reliably in a dynamic, international environment
