
Job description
The Contracts team manages the company's contractual relationships and ensures compliance with customer requirements, legal standards, and company policies throughout the contract lifecycle. The team partners closely with Leadership, Engineering, Program Management, Estimating, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to support proposal development, risk assessment, contract negotiation, and execution of aerospace and defense manufacturing programs.
Provide guidance to senior leadership on contractual risks, obligations, and interpretation of contract terms and conditions. Lead and mentor a team of contract professionals responsible for contract administration and proposal support.
This role requires experience in contract administration or contract management within aerospace, defense, or similarly regulated industries. Familiarity with federal contracting requirements and regulations, including FAR and DFARS, is also required.
