Job Description
Javelin Private Capital Group is recruiting high-potential graduates to join our New York office and support our growing Investment Banking practice. As a Graduate Investment Banking Analyst, you will gain hands-on exposure to live transactions across regular financings, distressed financing, and restructuring.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or expected graduation) from a top-tier institution with a strong academic record
- Relevant internship experience in investment banking, finance, consulting, accounting, or a related field is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong quantitative skills and understanding of financial statements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ) is a plus
- Prior internships or coursework in finance, economics, accounting, consulting, or related fields preferred, but not required
- US work authorization
