MBU Lead

The MBU Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of telecom sites within the assigned Micro Business Unit (MBU). The role requires a candidate with prior experience in Access Operations, hands-on expertise in Ericsson/ZTE equipment, and a proven background in troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Access Operations
• Hands-on expertise in Ericsson/ZTE equipment
• Proven background in troubleshooting
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 05 years of relevant experience in Telecom Operations & Maintenance
• Strong technical expertise in BSS, Transmission, and Power systems
• Sound knowledge of 2G/3G/4G KPIs and network performance management
• Strong coordination, reporting, and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer centric approach to identify and fix network issues
• Hands-on experience in Transmission equipment (Ericsson)
