Project Manager – Freezing Solutions

Role Overview

As Project Manager – Freezing Solutions (UK), you’ll take the lead on delivering complex equipment and system projects for customers across the UK. Acting as the central point of coordination, you’ll bring together internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure every project runs smoothly – from initial order through to installation and production start-up.

What You Will Do

Leading multiple projects across the UK, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Partnering with Sales and Applications teams during the pre-sales phase to assess risks, shape proposals, and support customer visits.

Requirements

• Experience in project management within engineering, manufacturing, food processing, or industrial environments
• A proven track record of delivering projects successfully in a customer-facing role
• Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• A degree in Engineering, Business, or similar (or equivalent practical experience)
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana)
