
Job description
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist – Automation to provide proactive and reactive technical support to our customers worldwide. You will be part of a dedicated team of specialists who support our customers 24/7.
Provide direct technical support to customers, analyze problems, identify causes, and come up with solutions or temporary workarounds. Act as the first point of contact for customers and effectively manage expectations.
To be successful in this role, you should have a diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Control Engineering, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.
