
Job description
The Assembly Line Team Leader is responsible for leading, coordinating, and supporting a team of Assembly Team Members to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals. This role serves as a key link between production teams and management and plays a critical role in establishing a strong culture as the San Antonio facility launches.
Lead and support daily assembly line operations to meet production targets, provide direction, coaching, and on-the-job support to team members, and ensure adherence to safety policies, quality standards, and work instructions.
Previous experience leading or supervising teams in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and leadership is required.
