The Payroll Team Leader will oversee a team of 16 payroll associates and executives, ensuring seamless payroll processing for 30,000 colleagues across the UK and Republic of Ireland. The role involves training and developing the team, implementing process improvements, and providing guidance and support to colleagues.

Requirements

• Previous experience of working with high volume payrolls
• A solid understanding of payroll, benefits and general legislation
• Strong time management and coordination skills
