Job description
We are seeking a Tech Support Analyst to provide 1st line technical support to the JD Group fascias and offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for detecting, recording, analyzing, and resolving incidents received via phone, email, intranet, and walk-up. They will also maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
