Lean Specialist

Role Overview

The Lean Specialist will contribute to the continuous development and productivity of the lower factory/site by managing, implementing, and identifying projects in line with the company's strategy and economic considerations. The role involves project management, loss management, resource efficiency, equipment efficiency, ergonomics, safety, visual management, analysis, and training.

What You Will Do

The Lean Specialist will lead Lean projects, identify losses, optimize energy and material consumption, develop TPM processes, integrate ergonomic considerations, establish visual management systems, analyze manufacturing processes, and train the organization in Lean methodologies.

Requirements

• Completed higher education degree or university diploma in engineering and economics
• At least 3 years of experience in implementing Lean projects
• In-depth knowledge of Lean management
• In-depth knowledge of TPM methodologies
• Excellent understanding of processes and organizational structures
• Comprehensive project management knowledge
• Language skills: Negotiable German language skills, or fluent English language skills in speech and writing
• Excellent Microsoft Office user knowledge
