Operador de Tienda en Formación - Manizales- ARA 1

As a Retail Store Operator in Training, you will contribute to ensuring that neighbors have an excellent shopping experience at Jerónimo Martins | Tiendas Ara stores in Colombia. Your responsibilities will include attending to customers, handling cash registers, shelving and displaying merchandise, and maintaining store quality and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Attend to the neighbor in a friendly manner and respond promptly to their requirements and needs
• Respond to the handling of the cash register, complying with the established procedures
• Shelf and display merchandise, taking care that the presentation and display of merchandise are adequate and in accordance with the PEPS rule and the Layout
• Ensure the operational control and quality of products and merchandise, both in display and in the processing area: quality formats, temperature control, records, cleaning plan, order, prices
• Participate in the preparation of the store for the inventory, according to the tasks assigned by the direct supervisor, ensuring the real count of merchandise during the inventory
• Ensure the care of the merchandise, avoiding the loss and damage of merchandise
• Comply with the Quality, Occupational Health, and Industrial Safety standards implemented by the company
