
Job description
The Technical Illustrator plays a key role in transforming complex engineering and CAD data into clear, accurate, and high-quality technical illustrations. This role supports the creation and maintenance of documentation such as Illustrated Parts Catalogs (IPC), ensuring compliance with industry standards and facilitating effective communication across engineering and operations teams.
Support the creation and maintenance of Illustrated Parts Catalogs (IPC) and related documentation in line with ATA standards. Produce isometric illustrations and assembly breakdowns based on 3D models and CAD data. Generate and validate accurate parts lists from engineering design data, ensuring compliance with airworthiness standards.
3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or technical illustration. Strong ability to interpret CAD data and engineering drawings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word). Familiarity with tools such as Isodraw, AutoCAD, TeamCenter, Arbortext Editor, NX, or TC Viewer (training can be provided).
