Director of Spiritual Care and Chaplaincy

Jewish Family and Children's Services (JFCS) is seeking a Director of Spiritual Care and Chaplaincy to provide comprehensive spiritual care services to the Jewish community and staff, both within JFCS and the broader Peninsula community. This role involves coordination of services, supervision of volunteers, collaboration with various organizations, and participation in community events. The Director will work within the limitations of the Agency's resources and manage budget and services goals.

Requirements

• Ordained Rabbi and Board Certified or Board-Eligible Jewish Chaplain
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a hospital chaplain or relevant experience in Jewish Community
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a field related to the program
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to establish cooperative relationships
