Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or Facilities Management.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in building operations, facilities management, or engineering services within commercial, mixed‐use, or industrial assets.
• Strong working knowledge of M&E systems, critical equipment, and statutory requirements in Singapore.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance reporting tools.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem‐solving skills with strong attention to detail.
