Assistant Maintenance Manager

Role Overview

The Assistant Maintenance Manager leads a team of maintenance mechanics, working in conjunction with robotics and controls systems technicians, in a fast-paced atmosphere while ensuring a safe working environment for all. The role involves developing solutions to difficult problems, managing outside contractors, and being on-call for emergencies.

What You Will Do

The Assistant Maintenance Manager will oversee preventive maintenance for the facility, handle multiple projects and daily activities, and develop plans to accomplish departmental and distribution goals. They will also provide complete oversight of building cleanliness, ensure accurate inventory tracking, and perform daily and weekly audits.
