
Job description
The Assistant Facility Manager – Technical is responsible for managing and ensuring smooth operation of all technical services within the facility, including MEP systems. The role focuses on uptime, compliance, vendor management, preventive maintenance, and delivering high-quality technical services in a large, complex commercial environment like Manyata Tech Park.
Oversee day-to-day operations of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensure 100% uptime of critical systems, implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs, monitor system performance, and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, vendor and contract management, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, knowledge of statutory compliance and safety regulations, financial and cost management skills, and strong communication and stakeholder management are required.
