Building Engineer

JLL is hiring a Building Engineer to operate, maintain, and repair facility equipment across all building systems. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems and be able to analyze and troubleshoot complex systems.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems
• Ability to analyze the operation of various industrial Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Working knowledge of CMMS (i.e. Corrigo)
• Physical ability to bend, sit, kneel, squat, stand, reach, and lay as required to access equipment components for extended periods of time
