• Coordinating with landlord team to ensure compliance with statutory regulations
• Supporting asst manager- technical in identifying energy management, saving opportunities, risk management
• Accurate billing and invoicing
• Adherence to the monthly forecast
• Invoice management
• Procurement & Vendor Management
