• Knowledge of building codes, safety protocols, and regulations
• Proficient in using various tools, equipment, and testing devices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours and be available for on-call duty
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
