EMEA Engineering (MEP) Lead

The EMEA Engineering (MEP) Lead will manage all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering operations across client sites in the UK and European region. This senior leadership role requires providing strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure consistent service delivery excellence across all client properties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in MEP engineering management
• Proven track record of directly managing engineering teams and coordinating multiple vendors
• Strong technical knowledge of building MEP systems
• Comprehensive understanding of European regulations, codes, and engineering standards
