Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager will be responsible for delivering services for property operation and maintenance, developing client relationships, and leading a team in inspection, testing, and maintenance of facilities systems. The role will also involve providing technical advice, mentoring, and training staff, as well as managing and programming building management systems.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
• At least five years of experience in an office environment or engineering operations
• Strong background in engineering troubleshooting is a plus
• Proven experience in facilities system operations, MEP installations, etc.
• Experience in electrical and safety, HSE programs is a plus
