Engineering Team Leader

Role Overview

The Engineering Team Leader will oversee and coordinate the mobile engineering team, ensuring efficient delivery of engineering services across multiple client sites within the Midlands region. This role combines technical expertise with people management, requiring strong leadership skills to drive operational excellence and team performance.

What You Will Do

Lead a team of mobile engineers, conducting regular performance reviews and identifying training needs. Allocate work assignments effectively based on skills, location, and urgency. Foster a collaborative team culture focused on safety, quality, and customer service excellence.

Requirements

• Strong I.T literacy skills

• Experience with CAFM systems (Corrigo) and mobile workforce management tools
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in facilities management or building services maintenance environment
• Proficiency with performance management systems
