Facilities Engineer

Role Overview

Responsible for the full life cycle management of various types of buildings, conducting systematic building condition assessments and professional analysis. Lead and execute building leakage problem diagnosis and comprehensive governance.

What You Will Do

Daily management and coordination of elevator maintenance work, addressing building aging phenomena, participating in small-scale building renovation and energy improvement projects, and establishing and maintaining building facility health records.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Requires professional judgments, formulating preventive maintenance or renovation and transformation technical schemes to extend building usage life. Collaborate with electrical, HVAC, and fire protection teams to conduct cross-system integrated maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field
• Professional certifications in building inspection and maintenance (e.g. LEED AP, CEM)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and project management skills
